This report is a result of an on-site licensure inspection conducted on November 21, 2006 by staff from the Division of Drug and Alcohol Program Licensure. The purpose of this inspection was to add the partial hospitalization activity. No deficiencies were identified during the inspection and no plan of correction is required.
Since this was the initial inspection conducted for this activity, not all regulations were reviewed. During future inspections, all regulations will be reviewed for compliance.
