Observations One personnel record was reviewed for the clinical supervisor position on September 21, 2017.
Employee # 3 was hired by the project on 4/17/17 as a counselor, and was then promoted to the clinical supervisor position on 6/19/17. The qualifications documented in the employee's record indicated that the employee completed a Master's degree in Sport and Exercise Psychology. Documention of the employee's prior work experience failed to demonstrate that the employee acquired at least 2 years of prior clinical experience in a health or human service agency. Therefore, this employee did not meet all qualifications for the clinical supervisor position.
This finding was reviewed with facility staff during the licensing inspection.
