Plan of Correction Effective 5/23/2024, a supply of Notice to End Residency Forms will be kept on location at each residence so that if a decision to end residency happens after office hours staff has access to a form to fill in reason and timeframe and will be turned in for inclusion in resident's file. The Director shall audit resident's chart prior to filing with inactive files to be sure the form is present. |
