The follow-up inspection was conducted on July 13, 2009 by staff from the Division of Drug and Alcohol Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the onsite follow-up inspection, WES Corporation was found not to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility. The fire drill safety log was reviewed on July 13, 2009. There was no indication of which method was utilized on the March 30, 2009 drill.
