This report is a result of an off-site complaint investigation conducted on December 26, 2023 by staff from the Bureau of Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the complaint investigation The Highland House, Inc., was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility. Therefore, no deficiencies were identified during this investigation and no plan of correction is required.
