This report is a result of an on-site complaint investigation conducted on March 1-3, 2021 by staff from the Bureau of Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the on-site complaint investigation, Pennsylvania Associates, LLC dba Mount Pocono Medical was found not to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility. Based on a Licensure Yearly Inspection conducted on January 22, 2021 the citations that were found are the same as the citations found in the inspection and the plan of corrections will be completed within the inspection.
