INITIAL COMMENTS
 
This report is a result of a phone interview and remote record review complaint investigation conducted on April 17, 2023 by staff from the Bureau of Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the complaint investigation, TNH Sober Living was found to be in compliance wih the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code, Chapter 171 which pertain to the recovery house.
