This report is a result of an onsite licensure renewal inspection conducted on March 13, 2018 by staff from the Division of Accountability and Program Improvement. Based on the findings of the onsite inspection, Catholic Charities Counseling and Adoption Services, Inc. was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility. Therefore, no deficiencies were identified during this inspection and no plan of correction is required.
