This report is a result of a complaint investigation conducted on March 9, 2011 by staff from the Division of Drug and Alcohol Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the complaint investigation, the allegations made against Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation Services Inc. were unsubstantiated.
