The findings include:
A physical plant inspection was conducted on January 23, 2014 at 2:27 PM. During the inspection it was found that three of the fire extinguishers on the first floor did not have an inspection tag from a local fire department or fire extinguisher company. Furthermore, the tags on the extinguishers were hand-written and noted that the unit was last inspected in November 2012.
The fire extinguisher in classroom #4 was last inspected in March 2009.
The program director was present during the inspection and confirmed the findings.

Plan of Correction The program manager of the langhorne location will contact the local fire extinguisher company to have all extinguishers checked and re-tagged as operational. The program manager will conduct monthly "on-site" inspections and document in the fire drill log to ensure that all fire extinguishers are properly tagged and up to date throughout the year. |
