This report is a result of a complaint investigation conducted on January 25, 2021 by staff from the Division of Drug and Alcohol Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the complaint investigation, the allegations against Progressive Medical Specialists were unable to be substantiated. No areas of noncompliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility were identified during this investigation, therefore no plan of correction is required.
