The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing that the fire drill record includes documentation of problems encountered during each drill.
Should the system not be operative or any problems documentated, the administrative staff on duty will notify immediately the Division Director, the property maintenance manager, the alarm company and all staff on duty.
