INITIAL COMMENTS

This report is a result of a complaint investigations conducted on April 22, 2015 and May 13, 2015 by staff from the Division of Drug and Alcohol Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the complaint investigation, the allegations against Northest Treatment Centers, Inc. were unable to be substantiated. Therefore, no deficiencies were identified during this investigation and no plan of correction is required.
