Observations
The facility failed to document the completion of monthly unannounced fire drills as of the November 30, 2016 review.
There was no documentation that fire drills had been conducted for the months of April-October, 2016.
These findings were reviewed with facility staff during the licensing inspection.

Plan of Correction
The facility will immediately begin conducting monthly unannounced fire drills beginning on December 1st, 2016. December fire drill conducted on 12/1/16 at 10:45am. The facility director will ensure that these drills are done each month, including one every six months that will be conducted during sleeping hours. All staff are trained in conducting fire drills and fire extinguisher use within 2 days of being hired. |
