This report is a result of an off-site application review to add Partial Hospitalization to your existing license on May 5, 2025, by staff from the Licensing Operations Division. Based on the findings of the off-site application review, Blueprints for Addiction Recovery was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility. Therefore, no deficiencies were identified during this inspection and no plan of correction is required.
As this was an application review to add Partial Hospitalization to your license, not all regulations were reviewed. During future inspections, all regulations will be reviewed for compliance.
