Plan of Correction
In order to be in comliance with regulation 705.7, which states that all food items are stored off the floor, a staff meeting was held on 9/7/22 to review this regulation. Staff was reminded to check kitchen and commissary areas on a daily basis. This will be documented on Daily House Run sheet. Community meeting was held on 9/6/22. It will be assigned kitchen staff to check on this daily by staff and clients. Clients were informed to be mindful that no items can be placed on the floor. Program director will review House Run Sheets on a weekly basis in order to stay in compliance with regulation 705.7. Food items that were found on the floor, on date of inspection, were thrown away and placed in facilty trash dumpster.
