This report is a result of an on-site licensure renewal inspection conducted on August 5, 2026 by staff from the Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs, Bureau of Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the on-site inspection, Pittsburg Recovery Center LLC was found not to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility. The following deficiencies were identified during this inspection:

§ 709.22. Governing body.
(c) If a facility is publicly funded, the governing body shall make available to the public an annual report which includes, but is not limited to, a statement disclosing the names of officers, directors and principal shareholders, when applicable.

Observations
Based on a review of administrative records and staff interview, the facility failed to make available to the public an annual report which includes, but is not limited to, a statement disclosing the names of officers, directors and principal shareholders, when applicable.
An annual report for January 2025 through December 2025 was completed, however it was not made available to the public as of the time of inspection.
This finding was reviewed with facility staff during the licensing process.

Plan of Correction
Pittsburg Recovery Center LLC will post a statement on the facility's website informing the public that the annual report is available onsite. The Facility Director will be responsible for ensuring the statement is posted and remains accessible on the website. The Facility Director will also verify June 1 of every year that the current annual report is available to the public to ensure continued compliance. |
