Plan of Correction The Case manager will be required to meet with each resident to ensure they have been informed of their rights and responsibilities by December 10th, 2025.
- The case manager will ensure they understand their rights and responsibilities of the program and provide a copy if requested.
- Then the case manager will be required to confirm this with the direct supervisor to ensure that all resident rights have been met to the direct supervisor's satisfaction.
And for future reference, after each intake, staff must provide the Supervisor with proof of completion within 7 days of the intake date and a verbal confirmation of satisfaction from the resident.
This will remain the process for future intake to ensure residents' rights are protected.
