INITIAL COMMENTS
 
This report is a result of an on-site recovery house complaint investigation conducted on July 17, 2026, by staff from the Bureau of Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the on-site complaint investigation, Marty Manor BGFT6701 was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the recovery house. Therefore, no plan of correction is required.
