INITIAL COMMENTS
 
This report is a result of an on-site physical plant inspection conducted for a capacity increase request. The inspection was conducted on March 18, 2010 by staff from the Division of Drug and Alcohol Program Licensure. The facility will notified in writing of the Division's determination of a capacity increase following this on-site inspection.
