Observations
Based on an administrative review of the facility's December of 2020 through July of 2021 fire drill log, the facility failed to prepare alternate exit routes during each fire drill conducted. The facility utilized the front door exit in every fire drill conducted from December of 2020 through July of 2021.
These findings were reviewed with facility staff during the licensing process.

Plan of Correction
Executive Director, or authorized designee, shall complete monthly fire drills within the MVP facility which will utilize both the front door fire exit and the emergency fire exit to ensure that fire drills are completed through both points of exit multiple times a year. |
