This report is a result of a complaint investigation conducted on December 26, 2018 by staff from the Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs, Bureau of Quality Assurance for Prevention and Treatment. Based on the findings of the complaint investigation, the allegations against The Healing Way were unsubstantiated. Therefore, no deficiencies were identified during this investigation and no plan of correction is required.
