This report is a result of an onsite follow-up on the Intent to Issue Order to Show Cause of February 24, 2012 and a follow-up inspection regarding the plan of correction for the January 17, 2012 complaint investigation. The follow-up inspection was conducted on April 13, 2012 by staff from the Division of Drug and Alcohol Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the follow-up inspection, Tradition House was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility. Therefore, no deficiencies were identified during the inspection and no plan of correction is required.
