This report is a result of an on-site inspection to this newly licensed facility following the admittance of its first client. The inspection was conducted on February 3, 2011 by staff from the Division of Drug and Alcohol Program Licensure. Based on the findings of this on-site inspection, Abstinent Living at the Turning Point at Washington, Inc. was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility. Therefore, no deficiencies were identified during this inspection and no plan of correction is required.
