704.11. Staff development program. (c) General training requirements. Employee # 4 was hired as a life skills professional on March 20, 2023. There was documentation the HIV/AIDS training was completed timely in the record. However, the tuberculosis, sexually transmitted diseases, and other health related topics training was due to be completed by March 20, 2025 and there was no documentation indicating the training was completed as of the date of the inspection.

Employee # 5 was hired as a life skills professional on May 1, 2023. There was documentation the HIV/AIDS training was completed timely in the record. However, the tuberculosis, sexually transmitted diseases, and other health related topics training was due to be completed by May 1, 2025 and there was no documentation indicating the training was completed as of the date of the inspection.

This finding was reviewed with facility staff during the licensing process.
