This report is a result of a complaint investigation conducted on June 25, 2008 by staff from the Division of Drug and Alcohol Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the investigation, Discovery House- PA was found to be in full compliance with the applicable sections of 28 PA Code, Chapter 715 which pertain to the facility. The allegations which focused on urine drug testing were not substantiated. Therefore, no further action is required and no plan of correction is needed.
