This report is a result of a follow-up inspection regarding the plan of correction for the July 7, 2011 licensure renewal inspection. The follow-up inspection was conducted on February 28, 2012 by staff from the Division of Drug and Alcohol Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the follow-up inspection, WPIC Center for Psychiatric and Chemical Dependency Services was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility. Therefore, no deficiencies were identified during the inspection and no plan of correction is required.
