This report is a result of an on-site, physical plant inspection conducted on June 23, 2016 by staff from the Division of Drug and Alcohol Program Licensure. The inspection was conducted for a capacity increase request for Inpatient Non-Hospital Drug-Free, and an initial inspection to add the Inpatient Non-Hospital Detoxification activity. Based on the findings of the on-site inspection, Renewal Treatment Inc. was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility.
Since this was an initial inspection, and a capacity increase, not all regulations were reviewed. During future inspections, all regulations will be reviewed for compliance.
The facility will be notified by a separate letter of the determination regarding the capacity increase request, and the addition of the Inpatient Non-Hospital Detoxification activity.
