This report is a result of an on-site recovery house complaint investigation conducted on May 15, 2026, by staff from the Bureau of Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the on-site complaint investigation, Keep It Green E3KM6701 was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the recovery house. Therefore, no plan of correction is required.
