This report is a result of a presurvey review process to add the Outpatient Treatment activity to existing nonhospital detoxification, nonhospital rehabilitation and Partial Hospitalization activities. The presurvey review was completed on May 21, 2013 by staff from the Division of Drug and Alcohol Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the presurvey review process Pyramid Healthcare Inc., Transitions 2 was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the addition of an outpatient treatment activity to the existing nonhospital detoxification, nonhospital rehabilitation and Partial Hospitalization activities.
Since this was the presurvey process, not all regulations were reviewed. During future inspections, all regulations will be reviewed for compliance.
