This report is a result of an on-site complaint investigation conducted on September 24, 2012 by staff from the Division of Drug and Alcohol Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the on-site complaint investigation, Esper Treatment Center Inc. was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility. The allegations were not substantiated. Therefore, no deficiencies were identified during this compliant investigation and no plan of correction is required.
