Plan of Correction The basement was cleaned out immediately following the inspection on May 24, including any debris and falling insulation. The broken fridge located in that basement was also cleaned out and removed on May 24. Both of these tasks were completed by the House Manager. To prevent the basement from reaching that state again, the House Manager will include basic chores such as sweeping and cleaning out the remaining fridge in the basement to the chore list for the house. The House Manager will in turn start walking through the basement weekly to ensure chores were done and that the basement is clean and in good working order. |

During this time, the house will be treated for any pests and they will be writing up a report detailing any evidence of pests and documenting their points of entry for us to be aware of. This report will be sent to us for review and the company will come back for a 2 week follow up to treat the house again if any infestation is detected. The fridge with insects was removed completely on May 28, 2024. |
