This report is a result of an on-site physical plant inspection conducted for a capacity increase request and the reconfiguration of an existing building. The inspection was conducted on July 16, 2010 by staff from the Division of Drug and Alcohol Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the on-site inspection, White Deer Run, Inc., Allenwood was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility. Therefore, no deficiencies were identified during this inspection and no plan of correction is required.
