A follow-up survey conducted on July 10, 2009 found that Rehab Management Inc. had not corrected the following deficiencies cited under chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility. The deficiencies were cited as a result of an on-site licensure renewal inspection conducted on March 19, 2009.

Observations
Based on a review of administrative documents, letters of agreement and an interview with the facility director, the facility failed to document a written agreement with a licensed hospital or physician for 24-hour emergency psychiatric and medical coverage.

The site director of Lansdale will obtain a written agreement with a licensed hospital or physician for a 24-hour emergency psychiatric and medical coverage. This document will be immediately filed within the management manual. |
