INITIAL COMMENTS
 
This report is a result of an off-site complaint investigation conducted on 12/10/2025, by staff from the Bureau of Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the off-site complaint investigation, G0B96701 C And A Solutions was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code Chapter 717 which pertain to the recovery house, therefore no POC is required.
