This report identifies the findings of a complaint investigation conducted by telephone on July 31, 2009 by staff of the Division of Drug and Alcohol Licensure. Based on the findings of this inspection, it has been determined that the allegations made against Counseling Alternatives Group, Inc. could not be substantiated. Therefore, no plan of correction is required.
