Plan of Correction
Rios Recovery LLC used Jack's Glass company to replace the window that was broken on the second floor. The window is secured. Jeremy Rios had contacted authority to report the incident of an intoxicated female who threw rocks through the windows. Jeremy Rios has been in touch with the female who is apologetic and willing to pay for the replacement. She understands that she is not aloud near or on the residence at any time, if so authorities will be called again. Proof of pictures and receipt were submitted to Ashlee Jones.

Plan of Correction
Taihla Rios filed an unusual incident report on February 3rd of 2023. I apologize for the late filing, and I understand now the correct actions Rios Recovery has to take when an incident like this occurs.

There is a police report on this incident and Jeremy Rios is in touch with the wrongdoer and is aware that she is not aloud near or on our premises at any time.

The window is fixed by Jack's Glass company in Allentown and Rios Recovery has pictures and receipts for proof.
