This report is a result of an on-site inspection conducted on July 30, 2009 by staff from the Division of Drug and Alcohol Program Licensure. The inspection was conducted for the purpose of determining if the detoxification activity could be expanded. Based on the findings of the on-site inspection, Gateway Rehabilitation Inc., was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility. The findings have been submitted for review and consideration of the facility's request to expand the detoxification activity.
