This report is a result of an on-site physical plant inspection conducted for a capacity increase request. The inspection was conducted on March 30, 2010 by staff from the Division of Drug and Alcohol Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the on-site inspection, Pyramid Healthcare, Inc. was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility. Therefore, no deficiencies were identified during this inspection and no plan of correction is required.
This inspection was limited to the physical plant space allocation relative to the requested capacity increase. The space available was sufficient to accommodate the increased capacity. Since this was a physical plant inspection conducted to determine if a capacity increase request was warranted, not all regulations were reviewed. During future inspections, all regulations will be reviewed for compliance.
