This report is a result of the on-site physical plant inspection conducted for a capacity increase request. The inspection was conducted on January 24-25, 2011 by staff from the Division of Drug and Alcohol Program Licensure in conjunction with the facility ' s renewal inspection. Based on the findings of the on-site renewal inspection, Nuestra Clinica Rehabilitacion was found to be in noncompliance with the applicable chapters of 28 Pa. Code which pertain to the physical plant of the facility. A plan of correction is being requested via that renewal inspection report.
