INITIAL COMMENTS
 
This report is the result of an on-site relocation inspection conducted on August 30, 2018 by staff from the Division of Drug and Alcohol Program Licensure Division. Based on the findings, Pyramid Healthcare Chambersburg was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapter of 28 PA code which pertains to the facility.
