This report is the result of a telephone complaint investigation conducted on April 5, 2011 by staff from the Division of Drug and Alcohol Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the telephone investigation White Deer Run at Lancaster was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility. The allegations were unable to be substantiated. A plan of correction is not needed for this investigation.
