This report is a result of an on-site recovery house renewal physical plant inspection conducted on January 23, 2024, by staff from the Bureau of Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the on-site renewal inspection, FQYZ6701 Skyline Recovery was found not to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code, Chapter 717, which pertains to the recovery house. Therefore, deficiencies were identified during this inspection, and a plan of correction is required.

§ 717.29. Physical plant standards.
(g) Heating and cooling. The licensee:
(2) May not use or permit portable space heaters.

Observations
Based on the physical plant inspection the recovery house was found to have portable space heaters on the first floor.
These findings were reviewed with the recovery house staff during the licensing process.

Plan of Correction
The Recovery House Manager will remove all portable space heaters in the recovery house by "2/13/2024" and inform residents that they are not permitted. The Recovery House Manager will continue to monitor for portable space heaters being used and remove immediately to ensure continued compliance. Boiler system is scheduled to be replaced on Tuesday, February 6, 2024 |
