This report identifies the findings of an on-site complaint investigation conducted on October 26-27, 2009 by staff of the Division of Drug and Alcohol Licensure. Based on the findings of the on-site inspection at Dolminis, it has been determined that the allegations could not be substantiated. Therefore, no plan of correction is required.
