INITIAL COMMENTS
 
A follow-up survey conducted on July 8, 2009 found Rehab. Management Inc. had corrected the deficiencies cited under chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility. The deficiencies were cited as a result of an on-site licensure renewal inspection conducted on March 10, 2009
