INITIAL COMMENTS
 
This report is a result of a on-site complaint investigation conducted on February 25, 2016 by staff from the Division of Drug and Alcohol Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the complaint investigation, the allegations against Tadiso Inc-Pittsburgh are unable to be substantiated. Therefore, no deficiencies are identified during this investigation and no plan of correction is required.
