This report is a result of an on-site complaint investigation conducted on January 21, 2021 by staff from the Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs, Bureau of Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the on-site complaint investigation, the allegations against Pennsylvania Organization for Women in Recovery were unable to be substantiated. No areas of noncompliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility were identified during this investigation, therefore no plan of correction is required.
