This report is a result of an onsite complaint investigation conducted on July 25, 2024, by staff from the Bureau of Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the complaint investigation Sunny Day Sober Living was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the recovery house. Therefore, no deficiencies were identified during this investigation.
