This report is a result of an offsite complaint investigation conducted on April 14, 2026, by staff from the Bureau of Program Licensure. Based on the findings during the onffsite complaint investigation, Twin Lakes Center, Inc., was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility. No deficiencies were identified during this investigation, and no plan of correction is required.
