This report is a result of a complaint investigation conducted from 11/14/24 to 11/18/24 by staff from the Bureau of Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the complaint investigation, Easy Does It, Inc was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility. Therefore, no deficiencies were identified during this investigation.
